ANNOUNCEMENTS

There will be a girls basketball meeting TODAY at 11:45 for Sophomores & Juniors and another at 12:30 for 8th graders & Freshman who are planning on playing basketball next year.  See Coach E if you have any questions or if you will not be able to attend.

Congratulations to the new FCCLA State Officer Ariel Lichty! Congratulations to the following State STAR competitors:
State Champions and National Qualifiers were Allison Becker, Allison Ludwig, and Emily Morrow. State Champion was Lauren Osborne. State Champions  and National Qualifiers Marissa Lichty and Haley Schmeichel. State Runner-Up and National Qualifier  Emma Krysl. Silver Medalists Grace Bunner and Amanda Pischel. Certificate winner was Faith Walton. Marie Sitz was elected District 9 Secretary.

There will be a cheerleading meeting on Monday, April 14th at 5:30 p.m. in Mrs. Kelly's room. Supper will be provided.

There will be a freshmen class meeting on Monday, April 14th at 3:10pm in the ag room. Please bring ideas for the homecoming theme.
O’Neill High School National Honor Society is Accepting Applications:  The O’Neill High School chapter of the National Honor Society is accepting applications for induction into the organization. To become a member of National Honor Society, four requirements must be attained: scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  In addition, a student must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have been enrolled in OPS system for at least 3 semesters.  Application forms may be picked up from Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly beginning on Monday, April 7th and are due back to Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly no later than 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 16, 2014.  Students selected for the organization will be announced at the year-end Honor’s Convocation scheduled for Tuesday night, May 13.

The School is looking to have two people for the summer paint crew.  See Mr. Steve Brown for details and an application.

NeSA testing begins – please check outside the library for days, times & locations.  Grades 7, 8, and 11th will be testing

 Seniors wishing to have their photos in the Senior Video need to get their baby picture, senior picture and 2 other photos to Mr. Peterson by FRIDAY.
