ANNOUNCEMENTS


High school track team members meet at the TRACK and NOT the gym today (Thursday).

There will be a representative from the Creative Center, in Omaha, coming to talk to my 1st and 2nd period classes on Friday.  If any students are interested in a career in graphic design, you may stop in Mod 1 for either one of those two periods and watch his presentation.

There will be a cheerleading meeting on Monday, April 14th at 5:30 p.m. in Mrs. Kelly's room. Supper will be provided.

There will be a freshmen class meeting on Monday, April 14th at 3:10pm in the ag room. Please bring ideas for the homecoming theme.

Athletic Banquet Tickets are on sale now for $15.  See Kelley or Cheryl for tickets. Just for your information Eric Crouch will be the guest speaker at this year’s banquet!

Students working the SH track meet on Thursday April 17 and/or the JH track meet on Tuesday April 22 should pick up predestines from Mr. N Hostert.  Both predestines are due on Wednesday April 16.

O’Neill High School National Honor Society is Accepting Applications:  The O’Neill High School chapter of the National Honor Society is accepting applications for induction into the organization. To become a member of National Honor Society, four requirements must be attained: scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  In addition, a student must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have been enrolled in OPS system for at least 3 semesters.  Application forms may be picked up from Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly beginning on Monday, April 7th and are due back to Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly no later than 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 16, 2014.  Students selected for the organization will be announced at the year-end Honor’s Convocation scheduled for Tuesday night, May 13.

 Seniors wishing to have their photos in the Senior Video need to get their baby picture, senior picture and 2 other photos to Mr. Peterson by FRIDAY.
