ANNOUNCEMENTS

Eagle Eye Broadcasting is selling the "O'Neill Athletics" clothing again. You can pick up an order form outside Mr. Peterson's room (121) or get a form online at the High School website.  First order will be placed on November 8th.

Anyone interested in buying O’Neill Wrestling Clothing (T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, and Sweatpants) can pick up an order form from Mr.  Havranek, Mr. Corkle or Mrs. Ludwig.  The order will be placed on November 26th.  The design is posted outside of Mrs. Ludwig’s office.

Freshmen/Sophomores and Staff:  Reminder that the Explore Test for Freshmen will be TODAY, Periods 1 - 3, and the Plan Test for Sophomores will be Friday, Periods 1 -3.

A Dig Pink Event is scheduled at the Hartington CC VB Tri on Friday, Oct. 25.    The CCHS Student Council will be selling pieces of pink paper – one piece of pink paper for $1.00.  The purchaser will sign the piece of paper.  Then in between games at the triangular, the pink papers will be thrown onto the gym floor, aiming at the pizza boxes or buckets. The piece of paper closest to the box or bucket wins the prize.  We are encouraging all of the teams and fans to wear pink to the game to support Breast Cancer Awareness. Teams can wear hair ribbons, etc.

The Student Council Meeting has been changed to Wednesday, October 23 at 7:30 AM because of state softball. Go Eagles!

The administration is considering dismissing school on Wednesday October 16 for state softball in Hastings.  In order to make this a worthwhile non instructional school day we need to fill a fan bus.  We will have school unless the fan bus has all 45 seats filled.  The bus will leave at 8 am on Wednesday morning from the school parking lot.  The cost to ride the fan bus will be $15 and must be paid by 4 pm TODAY.  Sign-up sheet for the fan bus is outside of Mr. Hostert’s office.  

A representative from Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture (NCTA) at Curtis will be here on Thursday, October 17th at 10:15am. Presentation will be given in the Ag room. See Ms. Knabe or Mr. Fernau for a pass to attend.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

The administration is considering dismissing school on Wednesday October 16 for state softball in Hastings.  In order to make this a worthwhile non instructional school day we need to fill a fan bus.  We will  have school unless the fan bus has all 45 seats filled.  The bus will leave at 8 am on Wednesday morning from the school parking lot.  The cost to ride the fan bus will be $15 and must be paid by 4 pm on Tuesday.  Sign-up sheet for the fan bus is outside of Mr. Hostert’s office.  

Congratulations to the Show Choir for a fantastic performance last night at the Avera benefit dinner in the community center!  Keep up the good work!  You performed with gusto!

A representative from Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture (NCTA) at Curtis will be here on Thursday, October 17th at 10:15am. Presentation will be given in the Ag room. See Ms. Knabe or Mr. Fernau for a pass to attend.
