ANNOUNCEMENTS
• Disney’s Descendants Crew Needed!
We are so excited to bring Disney's Descendants: The Musical, to our community. With that, musicals have a lot of moving parts and we are looking for students that want to be part of the behind the scenes action. We are looking for set crew (we have a large, awesome design), costume crew, makeup crew and prop crew. We are also looking for Stage Management, Lights and Sound.
All 9th-12th students are welcome to join us, and 7th-8th grade students are welcome to shadow and learn the ropes of a musical production.
Please come to our meeting in the music/band room right after school on Wednesday, January 25th in the new band/choir room. If you are unable to attend this meeting but want to join us please email us. Mrs. Huber (monicahuber@oneillschools.org) Mrs. Shoemaker (tiffanishoemaker@oneillschools.org)
• Girls state is June 4-11, 2023. The application due date is March 1, 2023.
• Frolics is Jan. 27. Coronation begins at 8:30. The doors will open at 8:00 for anyone wanting to take pictures in the gym. Doors will close at 9:30. If you or your date will be late for any reason let Mrs. Mann or Mr. Wragge know ahead of time. Admission is $5.00. This is semi formal, so no blue jeans. The breathalyzer will be used. Remember to sign up your out of school dates in the office and tell your dates about the dress code.
• Forms for out-of-town Frolics dates can be picked up in the office. A reminder that dates must be freshmen in high school up to 19 years of age.
• Any current junior student interested in applying for Junior Law Cadet or would like more information please contact Mr. Wragge. Applications are due by March 1st.
• Any junior boy interested in applying for Boys State this summer should see Mr. Wragge. Boys state is June 4-10. Applications are due Monday, February 13th.
