You have another chance to get your softball t-shirt or sweatshirt!!  If you are interested in ordering please see Kelley Price in the office.  Deadline to order will be Wed., Sept. 5^th.

NOTICE: One-act auditions have been moved from this afternoon to tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon at 3:30 p.m. If this causes a conflict for anyone interested in auditioning, please talk to Mrs. Langan or Mr. Jaques, or email Mrs. Langan at jlangan@esu8.org TODAY.

Seniors:  There will be a senior class meeting on Friday, September 7th during 8th period.  Seniors will be dismissed from their 8th period classes at 2:40 p.m. and will meet in the lecture hall (room 326).

DtL is having a kick off meeting after school on September 7^th.  Please come and bring a friend if you want to help fight Big Tobacco, there is much in store for this year. Maranda will be making cookies and brownies!

Seniors!! Only one more week to make homecoming decorations.  We have very little.  People have come 8th to work but I don't have any plans from those of you in charge of different parts of the wall.  Please try to come to the library 8th to work or send down your plans if you are in charge of a particular part.

OHS Students and Staff, school portraits will be taken tomorrow (Wednesday).  Please bring your order packets and payments with you to school to give to the photographer when it is your turn to have your picture taken.  If you were absent last Friday, you may not have received your order packet.  Please pick it up from your English teacher TODAY.  Pictures can not be ordered without payment.  Schedules for pictures will be posted by the end of the day today.  Please dress nicely for this occasion.  

FCCLA members today is the last day to order chapter t-shirts.  See Mrs. Mann

 “O” club members who could not attend the meeting should stop by Mr. Hostert’s office to sign up.  Ballots will be available thru  Wednesday to vote for officers.  Please stop by Mr. Hostert’s office to vote.  

North Central District health is sponsoring a youth summit featuring John Underwood this fall in NE Nebraska.  He will be in Atkinson on Tuesday October 2.  We can send one girl and one boy from each grade for each sport.  John visited O’Neill High School last spring and has worked extensively with Olympic athletes.  If you have an interest in attending please see Mr. Hostert in his office.

Teachers who have taken Educational Hours for movement on the salary schedule need to have their transcripts sent to Kathy Marvin at OPS Administrative Office, PO Box 230 prior to Sept 10^th in order for movement to take effect for the September payroll.
