ANNOUNCEMENTS

If you plan to attend NECC Scholastic or Quiz Bowl on Monday, April 16, you MUST have your permission slip & predestine turned in to Mrs. Troester’s mailbox on Thursday. Please ask the teacher who nominated you for study guides and look at your textbooks.  The bus will leave for NECC Scholastic & Quiz Bowl in Monday, April 16th at 6:15 A.M. from the school parking lot. 

ATTENTION JUNIORS AND SENIORS: The last day to buy Post Prom tickets will be during lunch on Friday, April 13. The cost is $2 each. Everyone, including guests, MUST have a ticket to attend Post Prom. There will be lots of games, food, and GREAT prizes - so get your ticket and come!

Applications for the Students4Souls shoe distribution trip to Costa Rica are available in Mr. Fernau's office for any student in grades 10 - 12 interested in applying.

The O’Neill High School chapter of the National Honor Society is accepting applications for induction into the organization at this year’s honors convocation. To become a member of National Honor Society, four requirements must be attained: scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  In addition, a student must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have been enrolled in OPS system for at least 3 semesters.  Application forms may be picked up from Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly beginning on Tuesday, April 10th and are due back to Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly no later than 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 18, 2012.  Students selected for the organization will be announced at the year-end Honor’s Convocation scheduled for Tuesday night, May 8. 

Students with predestines for the SH or JH track invite please turn them into Mr. Hostert’s mailbox or under his office door. 

A bowhunter safety class is being offered Thursday, April 12th, from 6:30 - 9:30 PM  and on Saturday, April 14th from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM at First Presbyterian Church, 204 E. Everett St. in O'Neill.  You must attend all three sessions.  Instructors are Mr. Walters and Frank Grenier.

All FFA members need to check the FFA group on angel to vote for the chapter workhorse award and answer the officer candidate traits survey. This MUST be done by the end of the day.

½ TEST = 90 MINUTE SECTION OF A TWO TESTS IN EACH SUBJECT AREA

th grade will test in Reading (1/2 of test) 6th & 7th period


Thursday, April 12, 7
th grade will test in Reading periods 1-4.
