ANNOUNCEMENTS
Today, September 5th, Chef Paige will be at O’Neill Junior-Senior High School to cook and serve Beef Broccoli Stir-Fry for any student who would like to purchase the chef-prepared featured entrée.  This takeout favorite combines sliced steak, fresh broccoli, carrots and onions in a tasty teriyaki glaze, served over brown rice. All of the regular menu choices will still be available for students who do not wish to purchase a chef-prepared entrée.  You must have money in your lunch account to purchase the entrée. Price is $2.25.

All 7-12 grade students and staff will participate in a bus evacuation drill on Friday Sept. 6. This will begin at 9:30 am and we will release classrooms by intercom. We will have three buses present and this should take around 10 minutes per group.  I will get a schedule out next week and expect the buses to be parked in the West drive.  Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns. 

The Wayne Booster Club will be hosting a tailgate party prior to Friday nights game.  They will be serving pulled pork sandwiches starting at 5:45 and are asking for free will donations.  Everyone is welcome!

The Wisner-Pilger Softball Invite that was previously scheduled for 8/31 has been rescheduled for Saturday 9/7/2019 with the game schedule as follows:
9:00     NEN vs LVSS      O'Neill vs Hwy 91
11:00   NEN vs Hwy 91   O'Neill vs LVSS
1:00     NEN vs O'Neill     Hwy 91 vs LVSS

Any juniors interested in attending the Holt County Government Day on Sept. 16, need to see Mr. Hesse. There are 20 county government offices available.

There will be a full "O" Club meeting on Tuesday Sept 10 at 9:40 am in the Lecture Hall.  2019-20 officers will be nominated as we will need a Vice-President, Secretary, Student Council Rep, and class representatives.  All 9-12 grade students who have lettered as an athlete or manager are encouraged to attend the meeting. 

If you are interested in purchasing an OHS Letterman Jacket the order forms are available in the office.  Please turn your forms into the office along with payment by next Tuesday, Sept. 10th.
