ANNOUNCEMENTS

Any junior or senior looking at joining the Air Force, the recruiter will be here TODAY at 10 am in the Library.  Come see Mr. Hilker.

There will be an "O" club meeting TODAY at 11:45 am in the Lecture Hall. All High School students who have lettered as an athlete or cheerleader are encouraged to attend.  Please plan to attend and if you have questions please see Mr. N. Hostert.

There is a list of "O" club members delivering "Meals on Wheels" this week posted outside Mr. Hostert's office.  Members be sure to get your predestines turned in asap.  You will be dismissed at 11 am and need to be back by noon.

Any FCCLA member who would like to attend District Leadership Conference (and isn't in band) but missed the meeting Monday night should see Mrs. Mann TODAY!  If you want to order a shirt do so today as well.  Your sales also need to be turned in.  See Mrs. Mann.

Anyone who has plastic grocery type sacks that they don't want FCCLA would take them off your hands.  We use them for the backpack program.  Bring as few or as many as you have to Mrs. Mann.  Thanks.

Any student (grades 7-12) who has participated in a volunteer service activity in the past year can apply for the 2016 Prudential Spirit Community Award that is sponsored by the National Association of Secondary School Principals and Prudential.  Applications are to be done online and you can pick-up application instructions from Mr. Fisher so stop in if you are interested.  You must apply by November 3, 2015.  Applicants must have parents/guardians complete the student/parent agreement page on the last tab of the application.  Only 1 student can be selected from grades 7-8 and only one from grades 9-12.  A committee will determine the recipient of the award.
