ANNOUNCEMENTS

A big thank you to all the cast, crew & pit band members of the musical.  Your hard work was very much appreciated.  Mr. Jaques, Mrs. Ludwig & Mr. Dean.

There will be a senior class meeting on Wednesday, April 10 at 2:40 p.m. in the library.  

Juniors and Seniors going to prom, you MUST sign up your date with Mrs. Gotschall by the end day on Thursday if you are planning on going to the dance.  Also, if you are planning to go through the Grand March, please come let Mrs. Gotschall know by the end of the day on Thursday. 

Senior Prom Candidates, your picture will now be on WEDNESDAY at 3:00 due to a scheduling conflict.  Please dress up and meet by the office promptly at 3PM.  Thank you

The following students still owe for musical tshirts.  Brooke Buller, Aryn Curry, Arianna Dugan & Morgan Langan.  Please get this taken care of this week.

The O’Neill High School chapter of the National Honor Society is accepting applications for induction into the organization. To become a member of National Honor Society, four requirements must be attained: scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  In addition, a student must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have been enrolled in OPS system for at least 3 semesters.

Application forms may be picked up from Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly beginning on Monday, April 8th and are due back to Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly no later than 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 17, 2013.  Students selected for the organization will be announced at the year-end Honor’s Convocation scheduled for Tuesday night, May 7. 

Attention seniors:  Graduation is coming quickly.  It is time to plan baccalaureate and the graduation ceremony.  If you have considered singing at baccalaureate, let Mrs. Crumly know.  If you have considered being one of the 2 class speakers at graduation, please give your name to Mrs. Crumly.  The speaker is selected via class vote with administrator and sponsor oversight.  You must speak to Mrs. Crumly before Wednesday so a ballot can be prepared.  Consider the theme of your talk and be prepared to present that to the class at that time.  Please be prompt to the meeting. 

Summer Drivers Ed forms are available in Mrs. Ludwig’s office.  Please pick one up if you are interested.

April 9th Chef Prepared Meal – Sizzling Caeser Salad includes fruit, veggie bar and milk for $3.95.

Students interested in working the JH (April 16) and SH (April 11) track meets should see Mr. Hostert for a pre-destine.  Only students competing or working the meet will be allowed to attend the HS meet next Thursday.  In order to work the meet you must be in good academic standing, which means NO “D”’s or “F”’s on your current report card.  All students will start the day with first period.  Study halls will be assigned for make up work the remainder of the day.
