Juniors and Seniors: The Air Force Recruiter will be at OHS TODAY at 12:30 p.m. See Mrs. Ludwig for a pass if you would like to visit this rep.
Thanks to all who participated in the teacher guessing game. The pictures are identified now, so check out how close you were. Molly Shane was the winner of the contest with a perfect score. The team of Tapanga Lihs, Lizzie Price, and Mr. Brown were second with only 4 incorrect guesses. See Mrs. Mann for your prize. The winner of the lips contest will be announced on Monday. Thanks again to all who participated!
Any Junior who would like to sign up for the ACT Prep Course this semester, see Mr. Fernau by Wednesday, February 22. The course starts on Monday the 27th of February.
The following students need to pickup and pay for their state wrestling t-shirts: Jonathan Hunt, Nate Gotschall, Allison Beckwith, Kasey Hoffman, Tasha Lechtenberg, Makayla Hladky, Davita Dick, Allison Depko, Rahtaya Young & Arian Richards. ALSO the following students need to pickup and pay for speech t-shirts they are: Kristi Tompkins, Evana Fung, Mark Vavra, Amber De Groot & Aryn Curry. These shirts are ALL in Mrs. Ludwig’s office. PLEASE GET THEM PICKED UP!!!!!!!!
Juniors: There is an Colonel Barney Oldfield Scholarship in the amount of $2000 available. The student will be required to write a paper on a veteran explaining why that veteran should be honored. If you are interested please see Mrs. Ludwig in the guidance department.
Seniors: There is an AITP scholarship available for any senior planning to attend a college or tech school in Nebraska or western Iowa pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. ALSO: There are many other scholarships available. See Mrs. Ludwig for more information.
Students: Remember Drivers Education classes start Tuesday the 21st at 4:45 pm. All classes will be in the Ag room.
The “O” club needs more volunteers to help run the clock at the Booster Club tourneys on this and next Saturday. Several shifts are still available.
