All students in grades 7-12 need to make sure they put their laptops and bags in their lockers during the lunch periods.  Please do not put laptops and book bags in the hallways, in the student commons area by the lunch room and please do not place them by the pop machines in the lunch room.  Thank you for putting your things in your lockers during lunch periods.

There are 23 days of school left for seniors and 30 days of school left for students in grades 9-11.  The time remaining may seem to pass quickly so please make sure you are working to complete work on time and be accountable for your school expectations.  Also, if you have fines, class dues or other fees that need to be paid, make sure you are doing this before the last couple weeks of school.  This includes library fines.  Ask your class treasurers, Mrs. Braun in the library and your coaches/sponsors if you are not sure if you owe money.  PLAN AHEAD AND FINISH STRONG!

Post Prom tickets will be sold in the student lounge during lunch TODAY!

Juniors and Seniors, please remember that you must sign up with Mrs. Gotschall if you plan to attend the Prom Dance, even if you are NOT coming to the Banquet or Grand March.  Juniors and their dates are $5 each to get into the dance, and Seniors and their dates are free; however you have to sign up by 3:30 on Thursday, April 19th in order to be on the entrance list.

The O’Neill High School chapter of the National Honor Society is accepting applications for induction into the organization. To become a member of National Honor Society, four requirements must be attained: scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  In addition, a student must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have been enrolled in OPS system for at least 3 semesters. Application forms may be picked up in the high school office or from Mrs. Brown beginning TODAY and are due back to Mrs. Brown no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18th, 2018.  Students selected for the organization will be announced at the year-end Honor’s Convocation scheduled for Tuesday night, May 10.

Seniors:  Please stop in Mrs. Ludwig’s office ASAP and fill out a Holt County Independent form.  This information will be in the paper along with your picture.  Thanks
