Just a reminder to all athletes and after school lifters that ALL locker rooms will be used for C2-6 subdistrict volleyball being hosted at O'Neill High School on Monday October 31 and Tuesday November 1.  This includes the locker rooms in the Activity Building.  The tournament starts at 5 pm and visitors will be at OHS by 4 pm on Monday.  The tourney concludes on Tuesday with one game at 7 pm.

On Friday morning at 8:05 am all students in grades 7 – 12 will participate in the annual Gallup Student Poll Survey.  Students will receive the survey link shortly before 8:05 am on Friday morning and you will all stop and participate in the survey at that time.  The survey has 24 items that measure four elements, including engagement with school, hope for the future, entrepreneurship and career/financial literacy.  The survey will take an average of 10 to 15 minutes to complete and is for 5th through 12th graders only.  Your parents were sent a letter about the survey.  If your parents or you choose to not participate in the survey, please let the office know.  Thank you in advance for your participation in the survey.

On Monday, October 31  – the Student Council will be hosting our Life Serve Blood Drive here at OHS.  Sign up sheets are hanging up outside of Mrs. Ludwig’ office.

Students:  Please pick up and pay for your football playoff shirts – The following need to pay for their shirts:  McCoy Strong, David Arroyo, Diane Selby, Payton Birkel, Esteban De La O, Sabrina Fox, Shelby Thomas, Makayla Jenkins, Lizeth Daily, Gina Klabenes.  If these shirts are not paid for by the end of today (Thursday) they are going to go up for sale.  If you have questions see Mrs. Ludwig.

Your O'Neill Eagles will take on the Columbus Lakeview Vikings on Friday October 28 at 7 pm here at O'Neill High School.  We have not hosted playoff game for a number of years and I wanted to encourage everyone to come out and support our team.  We are hosting this event for the NSAA and use their admission prices of $7 for adults and $5 for students.  NO passes will be accepted as this is an NSAA event so no O'Neill Public, Mid State Conference passes for students or adults will not work for playoff football.  Just wanted you to be aware of this.  Have a great day and go Eagles!  Nick
