ANNOUNCEMENTS

Cheerleading tryouts and practices have been moved to the week of April 26th-29th.

"O" club members planning to travel to Sioux City on May 7 to watch the Bandits take on the Bloomington Edge need to sign up outside Mr. N. Hostert's office and pay your $10  deposit before Wednesday April 20.  

Athletes:  The Athletic Banquet is approaching soon.  Please sign up outside of Mr. Nick Hosterts office.  The Booster Club will pay for your meal if you get signed up before April 22, 2016.  If anyone needs to purchase a ticket please see Mrs. Ludwig the cost is $15.00.

Mr. N. Hostert is looking for students who might be interested in helping at track meets this spring.  Dates for the meets are as follows:  Thursday April 14 @ 10 am, Saturday April 30 @ 10 am, Thursday May 12 @ 10 am.  Please stop by his office to sign up and for predestine information.  You must be in good academic standing to get a predestine for these meets.  

There is a job for a senior next fall who would want to work at Little Disciples Daycare.  The job would be from 3:30 - 5:00, or until the last daycare child leaves.  If interested please contact Mr. Hilker

The O’Neill High School chapter of the National Honor Society is accepting applications for induction into this service organization. To become a member of National Honor Society, four requirements must be attained: scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  In addition, a student must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have been enrolled in OPS system for at least 3 semesters.  Application forms may be picked up in the high school office or from Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly beginning on Monday, April 11th and are due back to Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly no later than 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 18th, 2016.  Students selected for the organization will be announced at the year-end Honor’s Convocation scheduled for Tuesday night, May 10. If you have questions, please call the high school at 336-1544.
