ANNOUNCEMENTS

There will be a pink out at the Battle Creek volleyball triangular tomorrow night.  Those attending are asked to wear pink to support cancer awareness.  There will be a variety of fundraisers going on during the evening including basket raffles and cake raffles.

Students are not permitted to go to their car in the parking lot at anytime during the day without permission or unless they are leaving and have a predestined slip.  Seniors may continue the lunch period driving privilege during lunch period only.  If a student needs to go to their car during the day, they need to have permission and a pass from either a teacher or the office to do so.

All food purchased at BREAKFAST and during LUNCH shall be eaten in the lunch room.  This includes the dessert ice cream bars/snacks. If students are unable to remain in the lunch room, the ice cream privileges may be eliminated.

The student council is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, October 14 from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.  Please consider giving!
Do you know how much your donation can help?  *Cancer patients my use up to 5 donations per week. * Burn victims may use up to 20 donations. *Trauma victims may use up to 50 donations. *Premature infants may use to 5 donations. *Heat surgery patients may use up to 6 donations. * Organ transplant recipients may need up to 40 donations.   To be eligible to donate, you must:  *Be at least 16 years of age. *Be in good health. *Weight at least 120 pounds. *Eat a good meal prior to donating. *Present a form of identification at registration.  All 16 and 17 year olds must have a LifeServe Blood Center Parental/Guardian Permission form signed by a parent or guardian and bring it to their appointment.  Sign up outside of Mrs. Troester’s door.  Talk with her if you have questions.
