ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The NSAA has announced that O’Neill High School had seven students that were named to their academic all state team.  They include: Dylan Aufdenkamp, Beau Schueth, Bobbi Walters, Jenny Bosn, Kelsey Timmerman, Kelsey Appleby, and Alex Hedlund .  These students should plan to meet in the student lounge on Monday Jan. 11 at 3:15 to take a picture for the HCI. 

Snack Committee for JH FCCLA is Natasha H & Ariel L.; HS FCCLA Snack Committee is Karley K, Morgan L & Miranda H.

The Lions Mobile Screening Unit will be at the High School Tuesday (January 12) & Wednesday (January 13) for vision and hearing screening.  Teachers please release students when you are notified.

The  O’Neill K of C free throw contest will be held on Sunday, January 17 at 12:00 p.m. in the Saint Mary’s High School Gym.  The gym will be open at 11:15 a.m. for participant warm-ups.  Check with Mr. Hostert for the information sheets. 

The Bassett ‘BASIC’ Youth Group will be holding a Prom Fest on Sunday, January 17th at 1:00 p.m. at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Bassett.  Whether you are buying, selling or donating dresses join them for punch and cookies while you get an early start on Prom shopping.  If you would like to donate a Prom dress or sell one on commission, contact Cheryl Hart at 684-2254 or Amy Frerichs at 684-2400 for details.  Dresses must be received by January 10th. 

Job Corp Rep:  We will have a representative from Job Corp TODAY at 10:00. If you would like to visit with this representative about the post high school programs they offer, please let Mrs. Grossnicklaus know in Mod 3-she will arrange an appointment for you.

Faculty members there is soup left from the speech meet – come enjoy some over lunch.  First come first served.
