THANKS SO MUCH to everyone who helped make our "Lip Dub" an amazing success. It was truly an event that I will never forget at OHS. The response to this video has been unbelievable on the Internet and the kids involved showed such awesome school spirit and unity. I have received e-mails and Facebook messages from people around the country who were truly amazed at what we pulled off. We could not have done this without the super staff and students at O'Neill High School. Special thanks for Mr. Brosz for allowing us to attempt this crazy event. The 4th Period Digital Media class of Desi Pinkerman, Tasha Rowe, Hannah Janousek and Connor Peterson deserve all of the praises you can heap upon them. They truly did something I did not think we could pull off. Thanks for making O'Neill High School the amazing place to work that it is.
All students in grades 9-12 for the 2011-12 school year that plan to play a sport will need to have an IMPACT test prior to beginning your sport. Steph from Avera will be here TODAY thru Friday during 8th period to give the test. Please sign up in Mr. Hostert’s office for the day that works best for you. This will help speed up your physical this summer and you will need to have this test prior to starting practice.
Friday is the athletic banquet at OHS. All student athletes should have already sign up for a ticket. If you still need a ticket you will need to contact Quanna Laursen. All students attending are reminded you should plan to dress up for this awards banquet.
Lutheran students who will be participating in the recognition of graduates at the Sunday morning service may pick up their caps and gowns from Mrs. Crumly in the library any time before Friday.
The following seniors need to get their baby pictures turned into either Paige Stevens, Kasey Nicholaus or Mr. Peterson ASAP. Andrew Knopp, Daniel Dominguez, Dylan Maloun, Kaylee Hinton, Matt Maloun, Robert Binder, Shaleena Pease, Sidney Bowen, Tim Hansen & Ty Rowse.
MAPS testing will begin May 3rd & 4th for 9th / 10th graders; May 10th & May 11th for 7th / 8th graders. Please watch the announcements for more detailed information.
