ANNOUNCEMENTS

FCCLA members remember our banquet this evening at 7:00 for all grades.  Bring your parents, a meat dish and another dish plus your own plates and silverware.  Remember to dress up.  Awards will be given.  Anyone who can help decorate after school please come to Mrs. Mann's room or the gym. 

The "Lip Dub" is scheduled for April 27th during 8th period.  Please see your activity sponsors, coaches, etc. to see what (if any) your plans are for participating in this fun event.  Any questions, please contact Connor Peterson, Desi Pinkerman, Hannah Janousek or Tasha Rowe.  

There will be an FFA officer team meeting Thursday, April 21st at 7:15am in the ag room. If you are unable to attend, see Ms. Knabe ASAP

All 9-12 athletes are invited to attend the athletic banquet on Friday April 29th  at 6:30 pm.  1995 O’Neill High School graduate Jeff Wiles will be the guest speaker.  Jeff played football at OHS and later went on to start for Chadron State College.  Jeff is now a successful salesman residing in Chicago.  All 9-12  athletes should sign up in Mr. Hostert’s office no later than April 20 (Wednesday).  All senior athletes need to sign up to in order to be eligible for the senior award.  An awards video will be shown and year end awards will be given out.  Please plan to attend. 

A ring was lost during Prom. It has four birthstones. If it was found Mrs. Barelmann would be very happy to get it back. Thanks!

Freshman, Sophomore and Junior’s final respect small group meetings.  Ryan Parks will meet with his group on Monday, while Stephanie Prouty, Brent Kelley and Merri Schneider will meet with their group on Tuesday.  Everyone else will meet on Wednesday.

Cathy Pavel, Holt County Clerk, will be in the student lounge on Wednesday, April 20th 11:15 am – 12:15 pm for voter registration.  If you will be 18 years old on or before November 8, 2011, you can register to vote!  Student Council encourages you to exercise your right to vote as early and often as possible.

Congratulations to these teachers for being nominated for “Teacher of the Year”:  Mrs. Barelmann, Mr. Dean, Mr. Hesse, Mr. Gary Hostert and Mr. Seth Kallhoff.  All students in grades 9-12 will vote on April 29th during 3rd period.
