ANNOUNCEMENTS 

• The O’Neill High School chapter of the National Honor Society is accepting applications for induction into the organization. To become a member of National Honor Society, four requirements must be attained: scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  In addition, a student must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have been enrolled in OPS system for at least 3 semesters.

Application forms may be picked up from Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly beginning on Wednesday, April 5th and are due back to Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2023.  If you have questions, please call the high school at 336-1544.

• The Athletic Banquet is on Friday April 28 at 6 pm.  The O'Neill Booster Club will cover the cost of all athletes if you sign up for the banquet by Monday April 17.  Athletes may sign up on the clipboard outside Mr. N. Hostert's office.  This is a catered event and anyone wishing to purchase tickets to attend needs to see Mrs. Price in the main office.  Ticket sales are open until Monday April 17.

• If you are interested in representing your class in student council next year, please let Mrs. Reinhardt-Sigler know by the end of the week, so she can put your name on the election ballot.  Student council is the organization responsible for planning spirit week activities, Christmas OHS, and food and blood drives.  It is not a huge time commitment and looks great on college scholarship and job applications.  If you have questions, please email Mrs. Reinhardt-Sigler.
