ANNOUNCEMENTS 

FCCLA members not at the junior high track meet, remember we clean the highway road ditches today after school.  Meet in the FCS room at 6:00. We'll have pizza afterwards!  Wear long pants, closed toed shoes, and bring gloves if you have them.  


The Boone Central JH Track invite has been moved from Tuesday, April 12th to Monday, April 11th with start time at 2 pm. 


The O’Neill HS Track invite has been moved to Tuesday, April 12th, starting at 10 am. Staff and students working the track meet will report to the track after 1st period. School will dismiss that day at 12:30 pm. 


The O’Neill Booster Club will again sponsor the O’Neill High School Athletic Banquet and the public is invited to attend.  The banquet will be held on Friday April 29 and will begin at 6 pm.  The meal will be catered, and tickets may be purchase at the High School main office for $15 per ticket.  High School student athletes are admitted free of charge by signing up with the Activities Director.  Everyone else attending will need a ticket.  The deadline to purchase tickets is Tuesday April 19.  Guest speaker for the banquet is OHS alumni and current Oklahoma State professor Doug Smith.   


The O’Neill High School chapter of the National Honor Society is accepting applications for induction into the organization. To become a member of National Honor Society, four requirements must be attained in the areas of: scholarship, leadership, character, and service.  In addition, a student must have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have been enrolled in OPS system for at least 3 semesters.

Application forms may be picked up from Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly beginning on Wednesday, April 6th and are due back to Mrs. Brown or Mrs. Kelly no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022.  If you have questions, please call the high school at 336-1544.

COVID-19 guidelines as of 08/31/2021 for indoor activities

Masks are recommended but not required for all indoor activities at OHS.
