ANNOUNCEMENTS 

• Friday there is a Sophomore class meeting in JH commons. 

• The Elementary is looking for a few students to help with childcare during their Family Literacy group on Tuesday and Thursdays nights from 6:00-7:30 pm. There are two adult staff members there to run the childcare. The students would assist in the childcare. The pay is $8.75/hour and a free meal does come with the job as well. If you're interested, please reach out to Mr. York at jimyork@oneillschools.org. Thank you.

• Eagle Eye Broadcasting and the Holt County Animal Shelter is doing a SPECIAL “Pennies for Puppies” from 1/10 - 1/17! In honor of what would have been Betty White’s 100th Birthday, we are challenging every advisement class to bring in any spare change, dollars, etc. they have with the goal being $100 per class. Winner at the High School will receive a pizza party donated by Neko’s Pizza! We are also challenging the Elementary to raise as much money as they can for the HCAS also. GRAND PRIZE winner from BOTH schools will receive an additional prize! More details next week!

• We received a message from Amanda Schluns about our fundraiser! Farm Credit Services will MATCH our donations for Pennies for Puppies up to $500! 

Reminder that the fundraiser ends on Monday, Jan. 17th.

Don’t forget that the Advisement that raises the most by FRIDAY, will get a bonus prize of an OHS Pride Flag for their classroom!

• Traveling to the basketball games next Friday? GACC will be hosting a taco/nacho bar on Friday January 21 for the O'Neill vs. GACC basketball games. Lots of great toppings to choose from and a homemade desert included for $5.
